Entrepreneurship and Leadership
More than 90 students of Grade 9 from the S.G.D Modern School, Chirkunda, were a part of this thought-provoking session. We would like to thank Mr. Zubin Bose, the Principal of Modern School, for making this possible and providing us with a venue and helping with logistics.
Overview
The session was aimed at defining, understanding and implementing leadership to become a successful entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is not only a good business brain but also a quality leader. The students busted some common myths about leadership and came up with their own definition of leadership. It was an interactive and fun session.
Presentation
The session was taken by the help of this presentation. From understanding leadership to implementing it and becoming a good leader is a long and transformative journey about which these students learned. A good entrepreneur treats everyone equally without bias stemming from position or wealth. A leader and a boss might be considered as synonyms but their essential meaning differs considerably.
